We are approaching the 5th year anniversary of living in our Titan home. Leanne Smith, our realtor, provided top-notch service from beginning to end. In fact, we even received a beautiful Christmas message from her this past year – going above and beyond our expectations. Her professionalism and knowledge in the real estate industry is second to none and we would recommend her in a heartbeat. She sold our previous home in record time. She is honest and hard-working and really cares about her clients. The most pleasant human being you will ever meet. Bart McLean, site superintendent, was very patient and accommodating. He was always available, made sure all work was completed on time, extremely dependable and very quick to respond to any issues during the building process – a stickler for doing the job right. I’m sure we presented some challenges but they continued their dedication to the project to the very end to make sure we were happy.
